Welcome to Ecothrive Wellness. By booking a retreat, consultation, or any service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment must be completed 14 days before the retreat start date.

  • Payments are non-refundable but may be transferable under specific conditions (see Cancellation Policy).

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Due to the extensive planning involved, we do not offer refunds at this time. However, if you need to cancel, you may apply your payment toward a future retreat within 12 months of your originally scheduled retreat date.

If you choose not to reschedule for an alternative retreat within 12 months you will forfeit your payment in full.

In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule, you will receive a full refund or the option to apply your payment toward a future retreat.

3. Wellness Consultation & Retreat Participation

  • Our services are designed for general wellness and lifestyle enhancement.

  • Consultations and retreats do not replace medical care. Always consult a healthcare professional before making changes to your health routine.

  • Participants are responsible for disclosing any health conditions or concerns before attending.

4. Code of Conduct

  • We maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all participants.

  • Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the retreat or consultation without a refund.

5. Liability Waiver

  • By participating, you acknowledge that wellness activities may involve physical, emotional, and environmental elements.

  • You assume all risks and agree not to hold Ecothrive Wellness, its staff, or partners liable for any injury, loss, or damages.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Your personal information will not be shared without consent.

  • Retreat and consultation discussions remain confidential.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All retreat materials, guides, and content provided are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or sold.

8. Force Majeure

  • Ecothrive Wellness is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions).
